Cancellation

I agree to the Allegiance Moving and Storage LLC cancellation policy, as well, which reads:

If electing to cancel your move with Allegiance Moving and Storage, written notification must be sent to info@allegiancemovingandstorage.com . Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of signing the agreement with Allegiance Moving and Storage will receive a full refund, minus 10% due to incurred merchant fees. After this first 72 hour window, 50% of the deposit is refundable. Cancellation requests within 72 hours of your first available pickup date are non-refundable. If your first available pickup date is within five (5) business days of electronically signing the Allegiance Moving and Storage agreement, and you request to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable for scheduling and routing purposes. All non-refundable deposits can be utilized towards a future reservation within a 12 month period from the date of the original reservation.

Please note that a properly licensed interstate broker, such as Allegiance Moving and Storage is not a motor carrier and will not transport an individual shipper’s household goods, but will coordinate and arrange for the transportation of household goods by an FMCSA authorized motor carrier, whose charges will be determined by it’s published tariff. All estimated charges and final actual charges will be based upon the carrier’s tariff which is available for inspection from the carrier upon reasonable request. (*) 70% OFF on Tariff Rates.
